Butter and dust a 10oz ramekin with cocoa powder and set it on a baking sheet.2Melt 1/4 cup butter and 3 oz chopped chocolate together in a double boiler, or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each. Whisk until smooth.3Beat 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence and a pinch of salt on medium speed until thick and pale yellow.4Fold in the chocolate mixture and 1 tbsp flour until just combined.5Pour batter into your ramekin.6Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
